HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We try to be as fast as possible, however due to high demand there may be slight delays. 

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed. During high volume periods and sales, dispatch times may vary.

After they have been processed you should receive your tracking information right away! Deliveries are the fastest to the US, UK and Australia, usually take on average 7-15 business days, if you are not in a country we typically ship to, it can take 20+ days.

(Business days are Monday - Friday, Public holidays excluded. All delivery time frames are an estimate only.)

Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the above-mentioned delivery estimates. This may result in your order being rejected at customs. Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once the shipment reaches your country. Carbon Coco are not responsible for any custom clearance charges or delivery delays; you should contact your local postal provider for more information.

WHERE WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

This depends on the shipping company operating in your country, most of the time they will try to deliver it to your door, however it this fails, the package will be left at your local post office! Thus, if you are wondering where you package is, please check in with the local post office, and if there is a problem contact us.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Oops! We are sorry to hear this. Once your has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount code. Please note that you can still use the discount code on your next order!

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG NAME OR ADDRESS?

If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we cannot guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed very quickly after purchase. And if your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any amendments.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
